Automotive grade urea is the raw material to produce AdBlue (DEF / AUS 32), which is a kind of liquid for reducing nitrogen oxide pollution in diesel vehicle exhaust. Our product has advantages of low biuret and Aldehyde free, you can use it to produce high quality urea solution, final product can fully meet standard of ISO22241.

What is SCR?-
—SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) transforms the harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust of diesel vehicles into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapour. The SCR solution is metered into the exhaust system in front of a catalyst. The urea hydrolyses to ammonia which then reacts with the NOx in the exhaust gas.
What is DEF?—-DEF is aqueous urea solution used in SCR systems on diesel vehicles. SCR Urea complies with ISO 22241-1 and DIN 70070 standardswhy our SCR urea can be making DEF?—-The raw material of our urea is pure natural gas, so that the urea is with low Biuret, low  Aldehydes and low heavy metal materials; We have the most advanced production equipment and testing equipment.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Method:
For small samples quantity <1 kilograms, inside we use double resealable zip bags and outside with aluminium Foil Bags.
For medium quantity 1-25 kilograms, we pack them in double-layer plastic ziplock bags (inside) with aluminium foil bag(outside). Then packed in cartons or small drums as your requirement via FedEx/TNT/DHL or special channal.
For larger quantity >25 kilograms, normally we pack them in drums(normally 25KG per) with two strong PET bags.
We do supply smaller packages like 10gram/50gram per bag as your requirement. Please contact us for more details if you have any question!

Automotive Grade Urea: Guide

Automotive Grade Urea are the raw material for the production of AdBlue (DEF/AUS32/ARLA32), a liquid that reduces NOx pollution from diesel vehicle exhaust.
Automotive urea is a special high purity uncoated product which is the main ingredient in diesel exhaust fluids or urea solutions such as AUS40/45 which are used in SCR systems to reduce NOx.
As a raw material for the production of DEF/AUS32/ARLA32 solutions, automotive grade urea must be of the highest purity/quality and is the only urea granules that complies with the ISO 22241 standard.
